- To book an appointment, we require you to have decided on a design to some degree. If you haven’t made a decision yet, please come for counseling once before making an appointment.
- Due to busy schedules, we may take more time to reply to messages depending on the season. When booking an appointment at short notice, please be sure to give us a call instead.
- We make sure to reply during one business day. However, if you see no reply, it might be due to a misspelling in the address or mailbox spam settings. Please give us a call in such a case.
